The type of narcotics such as:
1. Opium (Papaver Somniferum) Including it’s Plant, Ripe opium, ripe opium such as Opium Jicing and Jicingko
2. Erythroxylon Cocca, Erythroxylon Cocca Including : it’s plant, Cocca leaves and unripe cocca
Cocaine
3. Marijuana
4. Heroin
5. Morphine
6. Mirofina/Morphina
7. Salts and derivatives
8. Codeine
9. Polkodina
10. Mixture of Opium with other non-Narcotics substances
WARNING it is ultimately prohibited to import into or to export out of Indonesia territory, possess, keep, produce, process, use and deliver NARCOTICS without the approval of concerning government agencies (Department of Health, Department of Industry and trade, and Police Department)
The violation of this provision shall be punished in accordance with the provision refereed to in Narcotics Law No. 22 of 1997, with a maximum of death penalty or life imprisonment or maximum fine of Rp. 7.000.000.000,00 (seven billion rupiah )

Psychotropic substances are natural or synthetic matters except narcotics, which have proactive effect through a selective influence on central nerves system, causing a specific impact in mental activities and behavior
Psychotropic substances are divided into four group as follows :
1. Group 1 Brolamfetamina (DOB,DET) Ecstasy (MDM) etc
2. Group II Amfetamina, Metamfetamina, etc
3. Group III Amobarbital, Siklobarbital, etc
4. Group IV Diazepam, Etil amfetamina, etc
WARNING it is ultimately prohibited to import into or to export out of Indonesia territory, keep, produce, and distribute Psychotropic substances except for research purposes after having approval from Department of Health of the Republic of Indonesia c. q. Directorate General of medicines and Food – Pom
The violation of this provision shall be punished in accordance with the provision refereed to in Psychotropic Law No. 5 of 1997, with a minimum imprisonment of 4 (four) years and Maximum of death penalty or a long life imprisonment and fine of Rp. 750.000.000,00
